We need to obeserve correst date, time and symbol in a certain document because if we didn't did it, when we need the exact time and date that we do that document, we can't post or write the exact time and date that we did it.
For us to be understand in a document we need to use date,time and symbols properly, if we don't use it the correct way, we might be misunderstood or misinterpret, so we need to observe proper netiquettes and grammars.
We must observe correct date, time and symbol in any document so that our document will be easier to understand and so that it will be proper for the people who might see it .

We need to observe correct date and time because if we did not know the time we can check it at the document :)
